Formed in 1963, Cub Scout Pack 81 serves the community of Chelmsford MA. Most of our boys come to us from South Row Elementary School and McCarthy Middle School, but all boys in the area in first through fifth grades (ages 7-11) are welcome.
We meet monthly September through June on Friday evenings at Aldersgate Church on Boston Rd. New scouts are always welcome and our meetings are open to boys and their families interested in learning more about scouting with Pack 81. Scouting with a friend is always better, so bring one along or come join us and make some new ones!
What better way to spend a summer night than at a ballgame with camping on the outfield??? Join your Pack 81 friends for a sleepover at LeLacheur Park, home of the Lowell Spinners, on Saturday August 21st 2010. Tickets are $30 per camper ($5 for those attending the game only). Check out the 
open to all Cub Scouts going into the 2nd through 5th grades in September (that includes this year’s Tigers). From the beginning of camp (9:00 AM) through closing (4:00 PM) it’s non-stop fun
Pack 81 is planning an overnight adventure aboard the USS Salem! We'll have all kinds of cool fun, including a personalized tour, two days' admission on board the USS Salem, full dinner, breakfast and snacks, and a Sunday morning Boston Harbor Cruise. Unique hands-on experiences includes simulated radar tracking and fire fighting, scavenger hunts, hoisting, and much, much more!
